Lodges of Canmore Vacations offers professional and reliable vacation home management in Canmore, AB.
Our management is full-service, including resort reservation, housekeeping, and maintenance. We advertise on your behalf, source responsible guests to stay at your property, and handle all the worries and hassles.
Revenues subject to management fee.
To allow for accounting reconciliation, we pay you monthly up to 30 days after the end of the payment month and provide a breakdown for your records.
Suite Cleaning and Turnover:
Our experienced staff will clean your suite professionally and with attention to detail to our high standard for guest satisfaction.
• Linen & towel service
• Personal amenities, dish soap, dishwasher, & laundry tabs
• Deck sweep & BBQ clean • Vacuum all floors
• Damp mop of all hard floor surfaces

Seasonal Deep Clean:
For our clients we offer a seasonal cleaning package to help protect your unit’s value.
Includes:
▪ Fireplace cleaning and servicing
▪ Mattress sanitation and carpet shampoo
▪ Deep clean of all appliances and BBQ
▪ Refresh of bathroom grout and caulking.

Maintenance:
General suite maintenance and evaluation of appliances, electrical, and plumbing issues. $95.00/hr + parts and consumables.
If professional contractors are required, we charge invoice + 5%.
